They've come so far since the first season. Stiles is concerned for Derek, Derek letting Stiles be concerned for him.
Not to mention the fact that Stiles feels comfortable enough asking Derek about extremely personal aspects of his past just because he wants to hear the truth from HIM and no one else. I cant WAIT to see where they continue to go this season__________________

I think Derek will eventually talk about it. I mean did you guys see how worried Stiles was for Derek in the preview? I mean when Derek was paralyzed Stiles really only helped him because he needed him. Now though it looks like Stiles is legit worried for DEREK because DEREK is dying. I think this whole arc is leading up to Stiles and Derek actually trusting each other. Which I LOVE
