My only worry is that I'm not going to be able to find some of the scenes from s5-s6, or the smaller moments.... but I really want to do it with the videos because it makes it easier to choose, rather than trying to remember the scene.

Yep, the actual scene with the song. I know a youtube channel that has most of the CB moments from s1-s4 so they shouldn't be a problem but we'll see...
ETA: Actually this might be too hard... might have to do it another way..  __________________
