I got into Brucas a few months before Dair

Definitely would’ve been the perfect ending

Too bad the writers didn’t have that vision

It felt like some of the writers did, then there was whatever the hell happed at the end of s5, & someone just came & steamrollered over everything that had happened the last 3 seasons

Yeah I want to know what happened in that writer’s room because none of it made any sense

Something went down, as Josh Safran was the executive producer for that season, then suddenly stepped down before the season finale - so, he did the whole season, then something happened, & he didn't do that last episode. Plus, they were re-writing that episode as they were filming it, so I'm sure there was a lot of drama...

I think Safran had been quite pro-dair, so maybe that had something to do with it...

I hate how the season finale basically promoted that it was okay to go back to your abuser

It was so disgusting all around, & the way they doubled down with having Lily go back to Bart too?! Insane. Not a good message, not good writing either, just all around terrible.
