All together I think they lived together two months give or take. I can't really remember but there was some info in the episodes that suggested at least 2 months.

Like, I know that Bruce will try to make amends in the next episode and that it'll probably fail, but pleaseee show, don't keep them estranged for half a year. They're too cute together not to be together on the show
