For me, it's definately

Hugh Laurie & Jennifer Morrison (House MD)

They have rewrote the book on chemistry

Also other people who have good chemistry are

Alexis Denisof & Amy Acker (Angel)
Edward James Olmos & Mary McDonnell (Battlestar Galactica)
William Petersen & Marg Helenberger (CSI)

Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights) were made to work together. Usually I don't find married couples that appealing, but these two are great.

Will add another vote to David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, those two had it all, and that's why the show and the relationship worked so well. On the same terms I loved Jennifer Garner and Michael Vartan. Amazing how those two would just stay in a cold place and quite and it seemed the TV was going to explode from chemistry.

Most definitely! Mila Kunis and Danny Masterson have the best chemistry together that I've ever seen between a TV couple, even when the camera isn't focused on them. As LostinBostin (KayJay!) said, they made the couple on the show what it is, because they were constantly adding little kisses and touches and glances, making it so real and you could tell the couple was really in love. Plus, they're ****ing HOT together!

She always sits on his lap. So cute .

Stolen kiss in the background! Even though the scene wasn't relevant to them at all, though.

I just adore them. Completely adore them.

There are definitely other TV/movie couples with great chemistry, too:

Monica/Chandler--Friends
Allie/Noah--The Notebook
House/Cameron--House (the weird thing about them is that I think they have a great spark together, but I ship House and Cuddy just because I feel they'd be a better couple. I still think House and Cameron have good chemistry, though).
Natalie/Musa--So You Think You Can Dance, last season (it is a competition, but still a TV show! And they were sooo hot together).

There are others, but those are the ones off the top of my head

It's certainly....interesting. I can't imagine shipping one couple but thinking the opposition pair have better chemistry! Whatever floats your boat though.

Little touches and kisses when they were almost off screen and not even in the scene. They would be way back in the distance and you could see them back there, kissing and whispering to each other, or like him slipping his hand up her jeans. When all you could see was the tip of her jeans and his hand. Those two were always doing that. The chemistry was just insane. I have never seen two actors so comfortable together. EVER. Not even couples who were dating in real lilfe, which is strange to me.

Anyway, yeah, Danny and Mila, fo sho!!

yeah... I couldn't bring myself to ship a couple I thought it didn't have chemistry.
I'm sure many will disagree (lol.. and sorry for that) but that was the reason I've never shipped Michael/Sara on Prison Break. Although I liked the situation they were in... but I've never saw sparks between them, so stopped caring.
