tftnt. Just bringing my theories over to this thread.

I was in the shower the other day, where I think of most of my brilliant thoughts and a something occurred to me. This might be totally out there. It could happen but may have a bigger chance of not happening. What if somehow, when Carol puts vervain into Caroline she dumps her and locks her up in the Lockwood Cellar. Tyler arrives there shortly before anything wolfy happens because he figures he's got enough time to chain himself up and discovers Caroline to his horror. I don't know how that would work since clearly he's not going to hurt her during that full moon because they are both in the synopsis of 303 and onward to 304 (picture wise), though.

I have another theory, but this is basically me having nothing to go on. So if my first one happens, Tyler panics because he feels the change happening and he doesn't have enough time to get Caroline out of there because she's still weak from the vervain. So instead he locks her up in there and tries to do what Mason did back in 203 when he was forced to leave the cellar and hopes for the best. After Tyler turns back to being himself, he's nearby the cellar and with all of his strength brings himself to Caroline. Since they both are still pretty weak to go anywhere Tyler offers his blood to her so she can regain her strength but she refuses because she's scared that she'll lose control and that he's already weak because of the transformation. Ultimately she takes his blood. I had this theory that maybe werewolf blood tastes better than human blood and it kind of arouses the vampire. So then Caroline feeds him her blood because it's kinky. And then they end up having sex there so we can get our cellar love scene. I also had a theory if a vampire and werewolf share blood they create a blood bond, hence Tyler knows he should feel concerned for her in 303 because of the bond. Plus the bond of feeling each other but being nowhere near each other would be a great mix to the R&J storyline.

Maybe Caroline does drink Tyler's blood in 302 and maybe that explains her weird behavior in 303? IDK. Would be kinda cool.


I remember reading someone's spec a while ago that said what if the reason vampires and werewolves are hard-wired to hate each other is because a union between them would be too powerful (aka Klaus). If a vampire-werewolf fall in love, it would result in a union that offsets the balance of nature?

What if they were so into it because it was all so hot, that they used the chains? My mind is so guttery and that's just how I like it.

I'd like it for the simple reason that it would mean they were bonded for life. IMO, there's nobody else for either of these two and this season will thus prove so.

Very true, Susan. I have my little wolfy right next to me. My BF got him for me last year for X-mas. It's one of those adopt a wolf plush wolves. Too bad he named it. I wish I could rename it Tyler.

I think that these two have such an amazing bond that will transcend even death. And it's part of the reason I'm so excited for this season, because like we've said, Tyler's already in love, I'm sure Caroline will fall soon after and seeing how they'll react to having people against them, and only having each other to lean on will be beautiful and I have no doubt that Trevino and Accola will fully deliver.

There will be angst, maybe them trying to stay away from each other for the greater good, but in the end they'll realize not being with each other is not worth it, there's no life without the other person. There's no meaning.

Watch, I guarantee it will be amazing. They're just so comfortable around each other, not judging, and it's as comfortable as breathing.

From this point on I think there's nobody for Tyler but Caroline and nobody for Caroline but Tyler.

I have a feeling 302 and 303 will tug our heart strings a lot. Especially if Tyler thinks whatever she's doing in 303 is about him and them. I can see him being all "Is it me? Do you not...want to be with me?"

Not being bias but I think out of everybody TC has the best written scenes, so I'm expecting no less.
