I think it's good to be able to take help, but it's difficult for most people... People have problems with their weakness points, and taking help is like admit their failure, I think. It's not true but it how they see it, I mean.... a lot of them.

It's good Michael wanted a promotion, but we never see anything else after it. And it must be a lot of new stuff for him. I would like to see him facing challenges at work. LOL
