Ohhh, how sweet.
oddly enough, we didn't get many moments of Gus and Michael. I bet he was a lot of fun for Gus. Of course he's Brian's son, not Michael's.. but they made a cute moment that time in the comic book store.__________________

EDIT: This turned out to be super cool! He did a post show and he just interacted with the chat. He responded to several things that I said.
 The first thing he acknowledged, and the coolest, was when he was talking about turning 49 in a week and a half, and I wrote, "I remember when Michael turning 30 was a big deal.  " He paused, read it aloud to himself, chuckled, nodded and said, "Yeah, exactly!" That was SO COOL! I made Hal Sparks laugh - so, one life goal accomplished.  I also love that he acknowledged a QAF-related comment, I wasn't sure he would. Oh! And he mentioned his makeup from the Entertainment Weekly shoot, and explained that it was so crazy cause he'd been super sick that week. I said, "That explains why the makeup was so whack," and he read my comment and chuckled and said, "Yeah, it was super whack." Poor guy.  Listening to Hal's livestream radio show on YouTube. Pretty interesting, even though I'm not big into politics. __________________

Chris, that is so wonderful! I'm glad you got to participate in the Q&As and get your questions answered. Hal is another who seems cool with fans, and actively participates.
 Glad you could get him to laugh, too. That was a funny question/remark.  I think he's doing very good for himself with his own media platforms, including the radio show and the news website. __________________

It was a really fun/interesting discussion, like I said, I'm not huge into politics but I don't mind listening to Hal Sparks talk for hours because he's so entertaining. I agreed with a lot of stuff he was saying, too. The conversation took several twists and we ended up talking about southern restaurants and internet trolls, to give a couple examples. I'm glad he opted to not cancel his appearance at the Entertainment Weekly reunion, cause he said he considered it from having been so sick, but he didn't want to miss it. It takes some balls to know you don't look your greatest and still show up for that kind of thing.He does seem to be doing well, and he's still got quite the following. People are still going out to see him do his stand up and other shows, too. That makes me happy.__________________

See, I had no idea he was sick during the shoot, so he played that one off well. It helps to have makeup on, too.

Good for him, that he still made it to the shoot. That must be horrible, having to do that when you're feeling sick. I'm glad he's doing well Also, that picture a few posts down, with the tongue. Wow....   |

Yeah, he said he really didn't want to cancel on everyone. I really respect him for that. I'm so happy that they all seem to be in a good place and on good terms now.
He said something about how he was changing up his diet habits and was doing intermittent fasting and stuff, and that can make you really sick at first, and that's what happened to him. I thought all of their makeup was laid on super thick for that shoot, but Hal's was definitely the craziest. He looked sooo much better in his livestream. __________________

Been watching I Love the '90s to help get me through my QAF dry-spell.
Someone uploaded all of the first series on YouTube. These shows are what made me fall in love with Hal, and without them I wouldn't have heard of QAF. __________________

Here's some of Hal's standup in which he actually references the scene with Gale on the hotel rooftop.  Hal goes on at 51:00, but the part about the QAF scene starts at 56:17.__________________
