I'm sorry my mention of a censored icon brought to this, the icon I was talking about seriously shows nothing

so basically here on FF we can use icons of people in their underwear but if we put a black bar on an ass, which covers more than underwear and nobody would know the person was naked in the original picture unless they saw it, then the icon isn't good anymore?

dude manu, ur censored idea was totally brilliant and isn't anything advertisers don't use in a pg-13 market anyway (like on dvd boxes)... it's seriously hypocritcal, especially with half the icons i see floating around... take the new gg photo shoot for example... two girls licking an ice cream cone! uh huh

not only the other icons that are sometimes on fanforum, but you just have to turn on TV to see way more than what you can see in a "censored" icon

I think icons of people in underwear isn't really allowed either. But don't quote me on that. You know, there are pictures of stars covering up their "private parts" with their arms and hands and you can't really see anything, but the fact that they are naked is enough to make it not PG-13 anymore. It's what you don't see and that you know that the person is naked.

PS: LJ rocks! And I agree with Lexi, some pictures are as titillating except is it pg-13 because they are wearing clothes? Yeah right. Plus, censored labels or underwear or pants, everyone knows what's underneath.

I didn't think about the CMM animation, good catch on that Nikita. Weird that's allowed but censored icons are not
