Wow, thank you so much Irina, and to Dixie for writing up and sharing these beautiful thoughts. These two men are such gentle souls. I would still love to meet one or both of them someday.
The insights they give as to who they are, their interests, and their outlooks are always so interesting to hear. I'm glad nobody seemed to ask any QAF-related questions. Wow, about Randy's cat. I had no idea his baby was that old, poor thing.  I'm sure Randy's doing a great job of being a caretaker, though. Quote:

Just thinking about me... you have to drag me to doctor if it isn't really really bad, and I think I would have made it the same way.. if it isn't better after two days, you think about going....
 But you are absolutly right Kat, his body is his working tool, and he has to take good care of it  __________________

Kat and Daggi Gale is brave in my opinion. If I get a cut somewhere on my body and it starts looking funny, my weeny self is headed straight for the doctor, that day!
 But I guess as long as Gale's injury didn't get infected, it's okay and isn't really worth too much fuss.I do think it's adorable he was nursing himself, and someone's kid.  __________________

I only go to the doctor once a year. I never go when I'm sick. Only if after one week or more I'm not improving...
But I don't know. A burn. And a second degree burn is not a joke __________________

I don't run to the doctor either and hospitals are a nightmare
 Had to look it up and obviously there is a big difference if it's a 2a or 2b degree. 2a is painful but will heal within 2 weeks but 2b can create padded (?) scars and often you need surgery. So it sounds like he is more type 2a. Yeah I know, I'm cheeky and need to know everything but I was already picturing him with big scars and not able to move his arm properly again.
