I was thinking about Brian (for some reason) yesterday. I still think that Brian would have changed some through his mid-thirties. JMO

I'm sure he had. There is no other explanation why he let people to treat him so badly who were his so called friends. They used him over and over again and we never saw the end of it.

What with how his parents treated him, I think he had a LOT going on internally. It really manifested through how he dealt with his lovers, and also Justin.

It sure had a impact why he acted the way he did. And it was the reason why he couldn't really let go of Justin, why he let him played with him all those years. The same goes for his friend's circle. They all used him one way or another and they still would after the shows ended. The only kind of healthy relationship I think he had with Ted by the end of the show. Maybe Cynthia could be someone close too, we never know. And also I think Jennifer started to be healthy as well.

Yeah, his parents screwed him up, and he never get over it. I would wish to see him somewhere outside of Pittsburgh.
