I think the angle and flowers may be different than exactly what was in the show, thus, the reason I think it may have been a promo shot.

I don't remember that particular one being posted (but that doesn't mean it wasn't). I thought it was this one:

It looks like the coloring is different from the episode, maybe because it's not lighted properly for a photograph, so the shade is causing the green in Justin's shirt to appear black as opposed to the actual video (which is lighted properly).

This is just my technical…ummm….expertise.

Maybe they were doing some shots to prove the angles of the cameras and the lightings. Then it was decided that the colour of Justin's top was too dark and it was changed for the one that was seen in the final result

But the other one, I've definitely seen before.

The shots are still very obviously from the birthday party though!

Thank you, thank you, Deborah for the direct link to that clip! It looks like it's the same shirt. Just different lighting.

And, looking at that picture with the director standing there... obviously, they must not be filming while the director is looking at that paperwork, but there is Randy grabbing onto Gale's shirt... so sweet. It's like he needs to be touching Gale, even when they aren't filming? Or am I being a delusional fangirl?
