Not only colorful, but I could also never read the thread titles.

The colors were clashing so bad that it made my eyes hurt.

I actually like the font Georgia...I think the numbers are the best

yeah, I'm a big nerd who actually thinks about the kind of font to use in everything, when I was changing my LJ, I actually went to word and scrolled through every single font and changed it on the page about 50 times just to see what works best

Ok this is going to sound stupid but isn't the same font on every board? I mean the only thing that changes is its color right?

Yes, they won't change the font.

Fonts are always the same throughout a site, 'cause not every computer has every font installed, so it wouldn't make much sense. The only thing they will change here are the colors - most likely all of them

- and the board banner at the top. The rest will stay the same, so talking about what font you want to have won't make much sense.

BTW about the colors as much as I love the gray/blue idea - wouldn't it look a bit too much like the default layout?

Hm, that was a bit harder and I haven't hit the colors just now and they are way too dark, but maybe something like this with a banner that is a bit reddish? No, not red, but that has some kind of red touch to it.

These look pretty nice too

I actually would like touch of blue better than touch of red. Or actually what I would like the most would be soft b&w banner matching the layout's grays and the only vivid colors being banner's little rainbow ribbon
