True nothing is a 100% and Oliver could have had sex with a guy who didn't know he had it. Many people are walking around with HIV and not know they have it.

It's just Oliver seems the type to get regularly tested. To always use a condom. And to not have many partners, I'm not saying those who sleep around get it more. Statically speaking it's less likely he would be exposed.

It's just Oliver getting it feels odd and out of place to me. It feels more for shock value than part of the story and it's bugging me story wise.

I honestly think Oliver got it from someone but maybe not Connor since he was negative. Maybe he received it from that guy he slept with when Connor and Oliver broke up for a little while?

My first thought was that he got it from the guy who answered the door. We don't know for sure that they slept together, but I think I remember he opened the door shirtless. He seemed pretty comfortable there.

Yeah plus he was wandering around while Oliver take a shower since I think that they used to date or something like that..

I think he got it from that guy who answered the door as well, because it wouldn't make sense if he had it before he started seeing Connor, unless they used condoms. Oliver seems like someone who's always careful.

That would be too quick to show up on blood tests. Unless the time between episodes is a couple of months.

I hope they will explain it because it seems weird that Connor doesn't have it as well, if Oliver used condoms with Connor then why didn't he use them with others ? It's a bit unrealistic in my opinion

Oliver still could have contracted HIV even if he used condoms. Nothing is 100%. Maybe the condom broke. Dunno

I think Oliver explained that to him. He told him that he thought Connor would have it to and they could be in it together so he wanted to wait for Connor's results before telling him.

I definitely want them to work this out, I wonder if Connor is going to stick with him though.
