They usually make around $25,000 to $35,000 for con appearances. If they are really popular they can make even more. I imagine John Barrowman makes $60,000 to $70,000.

It depends, sometimes they might make less for a 1 day appearance, sometimes not. The Avengers actors can make $100,000 for a 1 day appearance. Plus they get a cut of the photo and autograph sales.
