You'll probably see him once in awhile there but he's mainly a JSA member.

Same with Hawkgirl.

I feel the Smallville episode showed the most perfectly which members are in which group.

Most Popular = JLA
Least Appreciated = JSA

Sadly, you can't ever expect to see the Hawks in the JLA, since they are connected mainly with the JSA.
Justice League Unlimited though, Hawkgirl was a full blown out JLA member.

the old justice league cartoons and some video games Hawks were JL members... including INjustce JL game franchise

^ I know because the JSA never get any attention. Which is why Doctor Fate will be in Injustice and he's about as JSA that you get.

Sadly JSA doesn't get any tv shows, any movies or video games so the JSA characters need to always get added in the JLA stuff which probably confuses some fans.

But trust me, Doctor Fate and the Hawks are mainly JSA members. lol

As I mentioned, Smallville was the show that got the character associations CORRECT.

Like in the Justice League upcoming movie, it's a high probability you won't see the JSA members because they aren't really created JLA members.

Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman, Arrow, Lantern, Cyborg are the main JLA members. (Wondering if Arrow will appear in the movies. I hope for Lantern in the 2nd part. )
Garrick, Hawkman, Wildcat, Obsidian, Mid-Nite, Sandman, Hourman and Fate are the main JSA members.
