I think what Rip noticed the most was the respect the team has for Sara. They listen to her and care about her opinion. Even Mick. Sara getting that ragtag group of people to respect her command is a huge accomplishment.
I kind of want that recognized by the other teams in the next crossover. None of the others have such a diverse group of people. Cisco would be very impressed that Mick Rory calls Sara, Captain. __________________

^ I agree and with Rip, he was never really respected by the team especially as the leader and with Sara, everything is different and the team is actually more like a family now under her leadership.

Rip never had a reason to treat them like family...it was more military-like -- just get the mission done without getting hurt or killed
