^ It definitely would have. I think the mission would've been even more of a failure.

I really loved that scene though.

I can see why Leonard just felt they were all just pawns.

Actually I think he was feeling that way towards Rip.

Well she might follow orders for the team but she is also a great leader and sometimes goes against her teams orders which I actually prefer.

it's gonna be more democratic I think...so everyone will have a say...not just RIP telling everyone what to do.... so Sara will have a big influence on decisions

I was watching an early Flash episode for my vid and Joe said that Leonard's father was a cop.

A dirty cop but still a cop. I don't know if they remember they put that in there.

But it's interesting if both Len and Sara's father's were cops.

Oh yup! I remember that was mentioned on Flash. On Legends of Tomorrow, it doesn't seem like they remembered it much since he only got mentioned as a stupid criminal.

Or probably I have to re-watch that moment when Leonard went back to his past.
