You're right. I definitely think she should do time and take consequences for her actions. I am just saying she clearly wasn't in her right mind. I know people who have met and seen Allison in person several times (not just at cons), also the same people who have met and seen Tom. And they speak very highly of her. Of the person she used to be. People who have met/seen her recently have mentioned her change/transformation and regarded it as 'weird' and 'odd'. Raniere ignited and brought something dark in her. She is to blame for choosing HIM over right. I see it as an obsession to alcohol or drugs. She was obsessed with Raniere. That led her down this path. Her addiction led her to do unspeakable things. It was FOR Raniere. She got no gain out of it. I don't think she got 'pleasure' watching people suffer. She had a motive. She wanted to have Raniere's baby. Even as she was recruiting and doing things for him, she got jealous of the women she was recruiting. That's what makes me think she is mentally ill. She continued to recruit slaves for him but really wanted him all to herself. That to me is a conflicted person. And that to me is a whole level of obsession. She's in it real deep with really no way out unless she realizes her faults [which at this point seems so slim].
