Yeah, I understand, Dave. Although Lois & Clark did have villains like that early on as well. But you're right, that's more of a Batman type of villain.

Alex...I didn't like the early villains of L/C...even Lex Luthor was done kind of meh...not the actors fault...

Smallville did young Lex correctly and the first 2 superman movies with Gene Hackman did a great job
