I never understood why people made fun of Lana talking to her dead parents, but it's actually normal, she was still grieving

Yep and I didn't get the love since Clark never got to really know Lana at all. This graveyard scene is the FIRST TIME Clark really got to talk to Lana so I understand a crush but I felt he was mixing hormones for love...

Question: Why does everyone in Smallville dream of moving to Metropolis? Smallville is in Kansas, much closer to Chicago and Central City, while Metropolis is all the way in Delaware, across the bay from Gotham City, New Jersey.
