I kind of wish they would be together, but I know they can't. But I think they could be amazing if they went there. Though I know they won't and I love Clark and Lois so it's okay

That scene was beautiful although I felt bad for Chloe for what happened after.

But it also showed Chloe's absence really effected Clark and for that I'm actually grateful. The fact that she simply left him - that's how it must have looked to him anyway - was never fully addressed by him, only by Oliver. And this scene was the resolution to that.

I agree, it definitely influenced Clark greatly.
