I agree, Si.
I almost made a really big mistake. I gave a large chunk of cash to a somewhat stranger (he was a waiter at a restaurant I frequented) after hearing a sob story the day before. I am a softie. That evening I witnessed something I never want to witness again. The same dude I gave money to was arrested in front of my eyes that very evening. The next day or so I got a call from jail and he asked to get the money I gave him to bail him out of jail. Thankfully I had a great friend who told me what that actually meant - to bail someone out of jail - and she told me not to do such a thing. Well, he eventually got out but never gave the money back to me as he promised. By the way, I never had any kind of relationship with him if you're wondering. He is a lot younger than me. I was just trying to do a nice thing. __________________

Oh no. Yeah, some people takes advantage of people. You gotta be stronger Cece.
I'm not a softies, I'm the opposite, especially for a man since I have old school thinking mentality... I ain't giving any man a dime. lol Only way I would is if I knew the person for a few years, and they were really struggling and I see that... or if it's a family member who I am really close to. It would really have to depend on the situation but not money to those sob stories. lol |

I was always a few years behind my same aged peers. When they looked at my bones, it even showed that they were/are a few years younger than my age. It took grown hormone for me to grow taller (or I'd still be 4 foot tall). I was almost 2 years old when I learned to walk and talking took longer for me. I wasn't meeting my developmental milestones like everyone else. My parents couldn't understand me because I had a 'big tongue' they said. Not physically, but I slurred my words together and they always had to pretend they understood. Because if they asked me to repeat again, I would get upset. I had a short temper, but I was also a little kid and didn't understand why people couldn't understand me. If I was born around this time, I might have been in Special Education. I was always naive and just very innocent (still innocent). I know I joke a lot about my memory, but that might have something to do with my mom's fall on her bike when she was pregnant with me. Also the electricity went out on the day of my birth, and I didn't cry when I came out nor was responsive (maybe choked on water). So there was that too. I was born crossed-eyed and still have strabismus (lazy eye). My life hasn't been easy lol but that also is why I am such a positive and optimistic person.

^ Thanks for telling me all of that. It makes e enjoy you as a person even more, especially your personality. And you obviously can relate to the Special Education children. |

Yeah... I wonder if Clark ever told Lois about that. lol "You know our first kiss was when I was actually pretending to be Green Arrow."

^ She actually did remember that in 6x13 when she kissed Clark again when they were both under the influence of red kryptonite... but of course she forgot again at the end of the episode. lol
