Smallville season 11 episode 16: Physical
Lois and Tess get under a strange spell, thanks to Zatanna, and end up locked on Watchtower's roof, with only a radio. Things get weird.. and physical. Meanwhile, Superman must find the cure before both women die from too much exercise! |

They kind of had something like that on Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. A bomber connected a bomb to Lois' workout mat so if she slowed down or stopped excercising it would go off  .__________________

It was one of my fave episodes and that was a great scene but what I loved most about the ep was that it happened right after Lois found out that Clark's Superman so they were dealing with the aftermath of that in that ep as well.
