Yeah, I would put them as the #3. It's difficult for them to surpass Clark and Lex and Chloe and Clark for me. It's just so much more history and actual friendship scenes to go on.

Clark and Oliver relationship was very difference since most of the time it was Oliver disapproving of Clark's decision-making.

They balanced out one another perfectly when it comes to friendship. It was very different for Clark but I think it is what he needed.
