Chloe and Oliver have different personalities and stories but they are similar at the core. I think some people tend to forget that. |

I think that it helped draw them to one another in a lot of ways, for Chloe Jimmy never really understood her in the same way that Ollie did IMO

I agree. But that's because Jimmy didn't really know her that well. He didn't know she was Watchtower for example. And she always put Clark first.
With Oliver, everything was and still is different, and for the better in my opinion. They knew each others well, the good, the bad and the ugly, way before they started their relationship. And like BQM said, they are both truly broken. They are both superheroes. She now also put Oliver before Clark. |
