I always knew they were doomed, but I don't always mind the doomed ships lol so long as they're handled respectfully and given a tragically memorable ending. Obviously I was expecting something more like we got in Eternity than the Failsday ending

He killed Jimmy after losing his Doomsday half, even though it went against everything we had been told about human Davis being a good guy who wanted to help people in his job as paramedic, but suddenly he was meant to be evil even without Doomsday
