I think it's possible but the wand and new owner would have to adjust. Remember that wands choose their owners. Like when Ron got those wands from the snatchers because Harry broke his wand right? Harry had a hard time controlling it at first but the wand adjusted well to him eventually.

Yes from one of the Snatchers because he broke his wand. He had no time to go to Ollvander's so taking one from someone else was the only solution.
