"Weasley is the surname of a pure-blood family (though the most recent generation has many non-pureblood members). Their names are Ginny, Ron, Fred, George, Percy, Charlie, Bill, Molly, and Arthur Weasley. The Weasleys know many other wizarding families, including the Blacks, Prewetts, Longbottoms, Crouches, Delacours, and Potters, as well as the Muggle Granger family. All members of the Weasley family are red-haired and Sorted into Gryffindor house upon attendance of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The family home, known as the Burrow, is located just outside Ottery St. Catchpole, in Devon, England. The Weasleys live near other magical families such as the Diggory, Fawcett, and Lovegood families.

When Harry Potter befriended Arthur and Molly Weasley's youngest son, Ronald Weasley, the Weasleys became a second family to Harry. The Burrow became Harry's home away from home (he only resided with the Dursley family out of necessity), and Arthur and Molly served as de facto godparents in Sirius Black's absence.

They were included in the Sacred Twenty-Eight list, published in the Pure-Blood Directory by the 1930s. However, they deplored their inclusion in the list, because they said the had ancestral ties to many interesting Muggles. Their protests earned these families the opprobrium of advocates of the pure-blood doctrine, and the epithet 'blood traitor'. [...]

The Weasleys, unlike many other pure-blood families, willingly associate with Muggles, Muggle-borns, and half-bloods and do not consider themselves superior to others because of their blood status."

You're welcome. :)

I just had to use this funny line from Arthur.

fly me to the moon 05-08-2022 10:08 AM

Which I love the quote from him..

L i N d $ @ y 05-10-2022 09:56 PM

IKR? Tbf, it's a legit question to ask.

fly me to the moon 05-11-2022 04:30 PM

I mean, at least he was honest about it..

L i N d $ @ y 05-11-2022 09:47 PM

I'm pretty sure they also have toys in the wizarding world? Unless they use magic to keep the babies entertained?

fly me to the moon 05-12-2022 05:27 PM

That's good question.. I doubt that they had the toys..

L i N d $ @ y 05-12-2022 11:12 PM

I wonder what they do to keep the babies entertained? I do remember this Malfoy family fanart I posted where Narcissa was using magic to make the characters in the books come alive to entertain Draco. I thought that was really cute. :D

fly me to the moon 05-13-2022 05:14 PM

Would they allow to use the magic to entertaining the babies?

L i N d $ @ y 05-14-2022 11:04 PM

As long as the babies won't understand magic yet plus I assume they can't really do magic yet until they get older.

fly me to the moon 05-15-2022 04:51 PM

That made sense since I wonder the age they learned about it..

L i N d $ @ y 05-15-2022 10:05 PM

Most likely around 9 or 10 as by then they're more in control and aware of the dangers magic can sometimes bring.

fly me to the moon 05-17-2022 04:37 PM

Ahh, thanks.. Even tho it was more like they start to know about it..

L i N d $ @ y 05-18-2022 10:33 PM

Maybe some earlier than 9 or 10 as long as they can control it but I doubt it. A younger age also means we can be reckless about magic and that's why they all still need to go to wizarding school to really learn how to do magic.

fly me to the moon 05-20-2022 04:47 PM

Yeah, true that and also, they would use it all the time as long they need to understand when they are old enough..

L i N d $ @ y 05-22-2022 10:40 PM

Yep, they also have to use their magic. Look at what happened to Credence because he wasn't allowed to use magic.

fly me to the moon 05-25-2022 07:03 PM

Oh yeah, that's true.. I forget about that..

L i N d $ @ y 06-12-2022 10:24 PM

I think it's a part of them and so they have to use it otherwise they suffer like what happened to Credence.

fly me to the moon 06-15-2022 05:23 PM

That made sense..

L i N d $ @ y 06-16-2022 09:56 PM

And also with Credence he really stopped using his magical abilities. I think as long as you use it even if you rarely use magic, then it'll be fine. It's when you stop that is a problem.

fly me to the moon 06-17-2022 02:12 PM

Ahh, that made sense.. I didn't know that..

L i N d $ @ y 06-17-2022 11:51 PM

Credence was also told bad things about using his powers, mostly by muggles I think who don't know anything about the wizarding world, so Credence was only doing what he's told, not use magic.

fly me to the moon 06-18-2022 06:04 PM

Which that's why he has trust issue..

L i N d $ @ y 06-19-2022 10:30 PM

Poor Credence. But thankfully it ended well for him reuniting with Aberforth.
