If they have their own artist who do it again and again, then that's fine even tho I feel like it better to have same tattoo artist than random person..

A friend recommend someone to me and it's better.. Bec that's way you can know which one was really good, but if you have dark skin tone, just ask specific bec POC tattoo artist know how to do it than white tattoo artists..

Yeah since I remember that someone post the video about how dark skin tones and how POC tattoo artists talk about it, but it was good.. I gonna find that video, so I can post it in here..
