He loves his family and just follows whatever his parents say but his upbringing also made him who he is. He constantly bullied Harry and probably because his father does that to him and he is helpless and can't do anything about it so he does it to Harry instead.

True that even tho I felt that he may cross the lines that he refused to do it.. But rather to respect their order..

True and it's kind of sad really because he can take the high road and be a better person but instead to keep the peace and stay with his family, he has to obey them and be like them too. I think the problem with this fandom is that they think we love Draco for everything. We recognize that he's not a good person but also see that a lot of this has to do with his upbringing. I see some tweets about how this fandom glamorizes Draco although we all know a lot of it has to do with Tom Felton.
