Actually, I think Rupert's turning 16. Isn't he August 1988? Cause I'm August 1986 and I'm turning 18 in a month, and...whatever.

Hi, I kinda just realized I'm a Sidekick, so here I am. I spent a few days on the Aurors board-don't kill me-not because I'm an Auror, but because I was exploring. But then I realized what I really wanted from the H/Hr relationship was for him to treat her less like crap and her to be less of a doormat and for them to actually seem like friends, rather than a boy and his last-resort quick-fix problem solver person. A romance is how that desire manifested itself, but I now realize a romance is not required for it to come about. SO now I am free to be a Sidekick as I've had an urge to give into for a while now.

Even though the romance stuff really isn't my focus with these stories. But whatever.

Also, all my opinions are more book-oriented, so any of the talk about the movies and Emma and Rupert is just...eh. They don't really count for much with me.

What really has me liking R/Hr is that he's able to argue with her and disagree with her and be pissed at her and still be totally enamored with her. It comes off to me as, yay, okay, so this won't be a love or whatever stuck in fantasies. He actually sees all aspects of her and it's not driving him away. And-OOH-they're actually FRIENDS! They have a much more involved interaction than she does with Harry.

I don't actually think Hermione has quite gotten around to having a crush on Ron yet...at least nowhere to the degree of his urges toward her...but since JK's a Sidekick, it's bound to happen eventually.

Hey Kickies! Yay for one of my favorite pictures being posted and thank god someone cut Dan out. the boy just doesn't know how to dress. Now Rupert...WOW! and Emma always seems to match Rupert in some way or another in how they dress...I find that odd. but i like it. I find it funny that the only kinda closeness we see from Emma and Rupert is "leaning"...they do it a lot...in those pix, the NYP, the LP...very awkward between those two...gotta love it.
"the leaning" reminds me of "while you were sleeping".

I think Emma is 13 going on 14...and Rupert is 15 going on 16. hehe I sound like I jumped out of "The sound of music". but I'm 90% percent sure that those are their real ages...and it is not so bad. they are 2 years apart.

By the way Rupert and Emma are becoming giants! Emma is almost past Dan in height.

I read "Dare" what a cute story!

Oh and I hate "Lotarius" with a passion! It's very out of character and they do things that i know they wouldn't. I'm not being prudent either cause I like smut, but I like it when they are in character.

I love "Fire and Ice" that's one of my fav R/Hr smut fics, but usually i prefer the normal rated fanfics cause i can picture them more clearly in those.

Also, there really isn't any post count requirement nor minimum number of years you've been a member of FanForum (I myself was only "6 months old" when I applied).
What matters here is the "quality" of your posts, how well you deal with your fellow posters, your "overall impact" on the Board, how crazy you are and how well you rate in the "obsession meter" when it comes to Harry Potter... that kind of thing



But seriously, you should apply!
