Yeah Hermione was being a know-it-all there and Ron was annoyed. Then Harry & Ron saves Hermione from a troll later and Hermione stops teasing him at least.

Yeah their relationship early on was annoying because they were like children who are always bickering but as we get to know them more and see their relationship, it really changed especially how they treat each other. They still fight and bicker but none of the childishness of the earlier books.
