I know this sounds a bit weird and off topic, but have any of you guys ever watched "Donnie Darko" and in particular, listened to the soundtrack?
That movie deals with a fair bit of intense stuff, but the soundtrack (save for one or two menacing pieces) is one of the most beautiful modern(ish) ones I've heard. Some of them really take you places, they're magical almost - "Cellar Door", "Gretchen Ross" and "Waltz in the 4th Dimension" are good ones to check out - in my mind anyway, they make me think of the Harry Potter universe in the more eerie/beautiful tracks. "Gretchen Ross" always makes me think of Ron/Hermione even though it's nothing to do with them - might be that the scene in Donnie Darko that accompanies that music is very sweet --> sweet = R/H :p I'm rambling now... *blushes* __________________
