Honestly I don't think they're the type to be all mushy and public with their affection. A few hand holding and cheek kisses and hugs here and there but nothing very PDA.

^ Hermione is the quiet one but not Ron. I won't be the same as Lavender of course but I think Ron would like to kiss her here and there in public.

If Ron liked her then yes. Lavender is the type that wants PDA too. Hermione would have some decorum when around Ron.

And we saw some of that in CC. Also in Quidditch World cup when Ginny was a correspondent the piece Rowling wrote years ago.
