It's like they asked the makeup artists make them look older and suddenly they're doing grandma and grandpa versions ins tread of making them look their age. Old doesn't mean you have to make them look like grandparents.

I feel like once make-up artists are given the cue to make actors look old, they automatically default to wrinkles & white hair. That applies to people that are 80+ old and not 30 somethings.
