I also feel like Queenie was the first one who was attracted to him? I mean Jacob was too but I feel like he wasn't sure or may be careful. He did just come out of a messy relationship with an ex-fiance.

I also think Jacob couldn't believe that Queenie likes him. She liked him right away the moment she saw him.

Pretty much. In the Fantastic Beasts universe, Jacob had once been engaged to someone named Mildred. In a deleted scene from FBAWTFT, we see Mildred trying to return the ring Jacob gave her when he proposed.

Regarding Queenie, I think it's because with Jacob what you see is what you get. As a Legilimens, Queenie would know the difference between someone who wants to look good and someone who actually is good. Our Jacob is a keeper!

Very true. And I'm glad Jacob's relationship with Mildred didn't end in marriage and she broke it off first but it's still devastating to know that your fiance just wanted to marry you for the money or the off chance your business will be successful.

Although at least Jacob is now doing it for his late grandma, to make her proud.
