Oliver graduated (I think by the time OOTP happened) so understandably he wasn't in the books (and movies) that much.

Yeah he's an older batch and was probably already on his 5th year by the time Harry arrived.

At least in DH he came back to fight with the rest. It was like that in the book but the movie version didn't include it anymore.

I can't remember but I don't think it was mentioned or shown in the DH2 DVD that Sean was in the movie. I think I found this all out elsewhere (online) after seeing DH2.

He's one of the original cast members even though he's not a major character. He should definitely be featured.
