Thanks Jen for posting that. So it is canon that Newt did not get expelled but was expelled because he took the blame for Leta. UGH, she is bad news. :nod:

Yep but Newt still had his wand..Some one asked Rowling about that as Hagrid got expelled and it was forbidden for him to use it..Rowling said she will answer than in next movies

The thing I like about Newt is he's not your typical movie hero. He came to New York to do his own thing. But when he saw that something was wrong he stepped up and tried to do his best to help and protect his friends.
