Perhaps. I kind of want more of her backstory but I feel like they only did the backstory so we can like the character because they were gonna kill her off. At one point, I thought she was related to Credence but she wasn't. So she felt more like a plot device to me the way her story was handled.

But she was also bullied in school and it was only Newt that really became her friend.

Me too. I really wasn't expecting her death At that point I thought it was gonna be either her or Queenie dying but Queenie is a far stretch and too devastating because we've known her longer than Leta.

i liked that she was a good person in the end , kind and her story has to mean more over all or it was just very pointless ..

Queenie desires matches his and Leta didnt have a desire to join so either she walks through the fire and burn or fights and dies

Bec they have their own choice to make on whether to join in or not.. So Queenie made her own choice beside she knew that Grindelwald, but yet, she choose to work w/ him unlike Leta bec it show that one regret she made and she not allow to make that again for herself since she rather to die in good and honor way..

But then why did she not choose for Theseus to save her and instead chose to die? Did she essentially die to save everyone cause that just breaks my heart now.

For a while I thought she was gonna join because of her grief over her brother's death but I'm glad she chose the honorable way but only at the price of her life. It's noble but tragic. Cause right now I'm realizing she died to save the others.
