The person who put it together struck a good balance between happy and sad scenes for them. The song he or she used was perfect for Remus and Tonks.

Do you think that Tonks and Lupin became another version of James and Lily because they both died for their son to live in a better world. Or am I over-analyzing the question or them being the next James and Lily.

That's actually a good point, Mia.

Teddy grew up without his parents, very much like Harry. It's different for Teddy though in terms of how Harry lived his life but there's that similarity.

This theory is actually officially confirmed by Rowling. She didn't want to let L/T die at first, but then saw the parallel to Lily and James as a great plot device and used it. She said she liked the contrast between Harry's quite sad and Teddy's very happy childhood as an orphan... or something like that...
