Yes he is. I also feel like both Remus & Tonks have a different fashion sense that Remus would be dressed in a shirt & tie while on a date with Tonks and Tonks would just wear jeans and doesn't dress up.

I do feel like they both have very different personalities but really do care for each other a lot. I mean for starters, Tonks knew Remus is a werewolf and still stayed with him.
