And I do love that most of them supported Lily for James. I don't really care if Peter approved or not but back then, I do wonder what he thought about it.

Of the very little we saw, it seemed like Peter was in awe of James so I don't think he would've had a problem with Lily. And Lily would've had to like him to if she agreed for him to be secret keeper.

I will never get what Peter did though but JKR writing about that betrayal is significant as it happens in everyday life.
