It could either be that both Lucius & Narcissa are in-love or they either married because it's arranged and didn't love each other. I do feel that maybe they both did love each other or at least Draco, especially Narcissa.

I feel like pure blood families "automatically" become Death Eaters but then I remember Sirius and he's not one so I guess it's a choice.

To be a Death Eater? I don't think so. Sirius has always been more fond of muggles, unlike the others in his family. Which is ironic because he's in Azkaban for the wrong reason and because Peter ratted him out. It should be Peter in jail, not him.
