They all have the same hair color there. Narcissa had black streaks in the movie but I forgot if that was canon.

You're right, Narcissa is definitely blonde in the books. The black streaks were only for the movie.

And they already did make a lot of changes. Percy was supposed to wear glasses but he didn't. Hermone's hair should be big & bushy but didn't as we got more movies.

Yes small changes are okay but big ones are not especially if they are story line changes.

I think some book to movie adaptations suffered that fate and that's why some of them are not successful.
