However Ralph did a really good job portraying the character. I can't imagine any other actor for this role.

Yeah he was pretty good. Ralph plays evil so well. And he's not worried about being typecast because he's done protagonist roles as well.

In part 1 though, Grindelwald was looking for a child and he thought it was Modestly who was the Obscurus. He was wrong since it was Credence. Had it been Modesty, I think Grindelwald will still try to kill her.
