I'm not sure. But I think it's more of her just wanting to concentrate on one thing. There are others who can manage both acting and singing careers at the same time.

Sorry, I meant there are actors that have an acting career and a singing career (without sacrificing one) but of course they can't do both especially if they're putting out an album. Alison chose acting over singing although I vaguely remember she did have a show in London for a small audience and released a few songs but it wasn't like a full album.

Over here in my country we have actors & singers. But the albums are heavily studio-produced and the singer only sings and doesn't really write the songs. But of course there's always going to be one area that the celeb will concentrate more of.

I had to look carefully and the caption also explains it.

A lot of celebs really have to protect their privacy these days because it's brutal out there especially with the presence of social media. Sometimes the celeb is obligated to post just to update fans when in fact the celeb owes us nothing and can choose to just post whenever he or she wants to.
