Right? So how come they all acted like they don't know what Hermione was talking about? It's odd that they don't have dentists there (or doctors too).

Maybe they didn't think of that when it already mention in the book..

Oh wait they have doctors (St. Mungo's) so if they do have doctors then certainly they should have dentists too.

Of course the difference is their doctors have potions and spells that can cure easily. Seriously, we should've gotten more of the wizarding stuff outside of Hogwarts in HP. Good thing we're kind of getting it now with the FBAWTFT movies.

Which that made sense even though, at least it should know that in the movie when they never heard, but in the book, they did mention that..
