I too forgot why and all I remember is that Hagrid's there as was Slughorn. Both Ron & Hermione were not around and Harry drank the Felix Felicis potion before going there.

Yes just a short scene. I vaguely remember that they went outside afterwards to bury that spider. Harry just drank liquid luck that time so he was feeling happy/excited.

When the potion wears off, I think you go back to being very sad and then your mood adjusts to when you first took the potion. It'll be interesting to really know more about the effects of these potions when they wear off.
