I don't blame you. Their scene in DH was an added part actually so I'm not sure why it was added and fans thought they were probably hinting on something different for Neville & Luna in the movies but we didn't see them anymore after the battle and in the book they didn't end up together.

There was a lot of added scenes in DH that's for sure but imo they are only minor additions and nothing major that would affect the storylines.
